good location helpful staff small room slow elevator
i found the location quite good. it was easy to reach many restaurants and shops. the staff at the front desk were also helpful with directions.
the room was smaller than i expected. i also noticed the elevators were quite slow, resulting in some waiting time. the noise at night was a distraction!

this visit, my room was cozy and well kept. i found the rooftop terrace amazing, quite a highlight. i observed friendly staff members, specifically those at the front desk. location proved very convenient for accessing penn station and fifth avenue.
during my visit, i noticed limited storage within the room. there was also insufficient space to place personal belongings and luggage.

modern room corner room amazing rooftop comfortable mattress
The rooms were midtown modern and had everything i needed. the corner rooms were recommended, and the surrounding views encouraged capturing and sharing photos. The rooftop was also amazing. the location was great! the pillows and mattress were comfortable.
The elevators were slow. I had to wait a few minutes.

slow elevators inappropriate behavior
the location was acceptable for exploring.
The elevator service was slow, sometimes it just didn't work. i had to walk down the stairs often, which i didn't like after walking all day. It was tiring. also, i saw a man behaving inappropriately outside one day. It made me uncomfortable.
